Sender must pay shipping cost for all returns. To avoid shipping cost, the items may be dropped off at our retail outlet at The Baron’s Tea House, 314 S. Ferdon Blvd, Crestview, FL. The refund or credit will be issued upon receiving the merchandise, sending it to the warehouse and processing the return. Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, allow one week for processing the refund or credit.
